Pacific Meta Inc. The Company will focus on raising awareness of Base’s ecosystem and technology within Japan, and on facilitating collaborations with Japanese enterprises, contributing to the acceleration of real-world blockchain adoption in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As blockchain technology adoption accelerates globally, ecosystem expansion centered on Layer 2 blockchains continues to gain momentum. Diverse use cases are emerging \u2014 from DeFi, stablecoin, digital assets, and social platforms to AI agent applications \u2014 driving rapid growth of the onchain economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Base is an L2 blockchain that has achieved rapid growth amid these global trends, with advanced use cases and a broad base of developers and users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, in Japan, while interest in blockchain technology is growing, connectivity with globally leading ecosystems and technologies has not been fully established. Under our mission \u2014 “To Create the Standard for Blockchain from Japan” \u2014 the Company has supported over 260 projects across 41+ countries in just three years since founding. We will leverage this expertise and network to support Base’s expansion into Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope of Support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company will provide support for Base’s expansion into Japan, focusing on the following two areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Ecosystem & Technology Awareness<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Company will promote awareness of Base’s ecosystem and technical advantages among Japanese enterprises, developers, and stakeholders. Through content distribution and related initiatives, we will work to deepen understanding of the advanced development environment and use cases that Base offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Facilitating Partnerships with Japanese Enterprises<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Leveraging our domestic network, the Company will create opportunities for collaboration between the Base ecosystem and Japanese enterprises. We will facilitate the participation of domestic businesses exploring blockchain technology in the Base ecosystem, supporting the development of onchain business in the Japanese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
