Pacific Meta’s Co-founder to Speak at Hashed’s South East Asia Blockchain Week (SEABW) in Thailand

We are pleased to announce that Hong-Cheng Shao, co-founder of Pacific Meta Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shota Iwasaki), will be speaking at the South East Asia Blockchain Week (SEABW) held in Bangkok, Thailand on April 24th and 25th. Pacific Meta is also supporting SEABW as a supporting partner.

SEABW features renowned industry leaders as speakers, including Vitalik Buterin, the creator of Ethereum cryptocurrency, and Yat Siu, CEO of Hong Kong-based Web3 company Animoca Brands. Many influential companies are participating as partners, including Thailand’s leading private financial institution SCBX and Aptos, which is developing a new generation of Layer 1 blockchain.

At the event, Shao, who leads Pacific Meta’s overseas business department and has extensive experience in cross-border projects primarily in East Asia, will participate in a panel discussion on user acquisition strategies in the Web3 space.

Hong-Cheng graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo. After working on global branding at ByteDance headquarters, he served as a BD manager at a joint venture between BCG Digital Ventures and Unicharm. He currently oversees the overseas business department at Pacific Meta.
