Background of the Investment

Reown provides an on-chain UX platform designed to revolutionize the Web3 user experience. Formerly known as WalletConnect Inc., the company has built on its track record of setting the industry standard for wallet connectivity, developing the underlying technology for the future of the decentralized Internet, and providing intuitive interfaces and tools that enable developers to more smoothly leverage blockchain.

Reown is one of the leading companies in the two most important areas of Web3 adoption, “Wallet” and “Payments”, and we saw great potential in their technology and vision, which led us to invest. Through this investment, Pacific Meta will actively support Reown’s entry into the Japanese market and connection with domestic developers, and contribute to further development of the Web3 ecosystem.
